How points work
- You get 1 point per level starting at level 10, for 51 points at level 60.
- Every 5 points spent in a tree unlocks the next row. Talents joined by an arrow need the earlier talent at max rank.
- Blizzard says WoW Forever talents keep the Classic structure and number of rows, with one-point milestone talents at 11, 21 and 31 points plus a new 16-point milestone. About WoW Forever
- Talent names, effects and layout come straight from official Battle.net game data. Points per level haven't been officially announced, so they follow Classic rules. If Blizzard announces otherwise, we'll update it right away.
