Description

Please extend my thanks to Elaadrin for all that the High Order and your new friends from this "Kirin Tor" have done for Zephras Isle. I'm aware of the High Order's plans to leave the island, and your order has my blessing and well-wishes in this expedition. I can only hope that whatever arcane solution the High Order finds can truly provide us with the stability we've lacked these past years. If you plan to go with them... well, this mission will be all the stronger for it. Winds be with you, <name>.
