Rapid Escape

Description

The volume of water flowing across the rocks below the falls makes it easy to lose your footing. Its source must be the violently coursing rapids pouring into the Plaguelands. Distinctly elvish regalia and equipment seem to be scattered amidst the watery death. You take the silver-trimmed scrap of dark cloth and the broken elven weapon hilt in your pack. Somebody at Light's Hope Chapel might know more about elf activity in these lands.
