The Eyes of the Spire

Description

This was once a helm of sorts, though it is difficult to tell it now in its twisted form. We can restore it, however. Like all things, there is a cost to this. Go to the bastion of Blackrock Spire and claim the left eye of the false warchief, Rend Blackhand. From there, reach the pinnacle of the stronghold and claim the right eye of General Drakkisath, chief agent of the Lord of Blackrock. Do this and you will remove two great evils from the world. Then I will cleanse the artifact you hold.
